Our Staff - Randy Eckstein

Chef Randy is a lifelong food service professional, and is excited to bring over thirty-five years of experience to The Colonnade. Having worked fine dining for the Marriott, casinos and private clubs as well as having been a personal chef, running an executive dining room and his own restaurant, he brings his varied background with a definite personal touch to your dining experience here.

In his spare time he enjoys following St. Louis sports and collecting and restoring vintage cast iron cookware. Randy and his wife Patti have three children, and recently welcomed their first grandchild. He is dedicated to making your meal time an enjoyable time, every time.
